DataDrill goes dynamic

Santa Barbara, Calif., August 12, 1999 -coolmaps.com, inc. (NOYDB:CMAP) today announced that it will soon be providing free hosting of dynamic DataDrill search applications for it Coolmaps Components Club members. coolmaps.com will be allowing members to provide an interactive search application hosted on the coolmaps.com’s web server.

The patented DataDrill interface provides a new, easy, intuitive, and fun method for searching through information on the Web. It is 100% clickable and makes the data search experience more personalized, effective, and revealing. Users can view and sort the data as they please, and even though they are shown a large amount of information on every page, they never need to scroll in their browser. The interface is effective for both searching for information, such as finding a home to buy, and; discovering information, such as comparing real estate and employment trends in various parts of the country. coolmaps.com has been awarded two U.S patents on this interface.

The Coolmaps Component Club is an online commmunity for web designers. Members of the Club receive information, tutorials, and inspiration along with components for NetObjects Fusion and NetObjects Authoring Server.

Database hosting is another of the many server side solutions offered at the Club. Others services of this type include access to Form Mailers and Poll Counters.
