What is coolmaps.com's component upgrade policy?
If you had previously purchased v4 components and wish to upgrade to v5
components we provide the upgraded components free of charge.
If you had previously purchased v3 components (or earlier), we will provide
you with a temporary club membership. This membership will allow
you purchase v4 and v5 components at 1/2 of the regular price.
I went to the "my.components" page and there wasn't anything there.
(or some previous purchases are missing.) What's up?
The "my.components" page only reflects purchases made on the club site,
and not any purchases made through resellers. Contact
ClubMaster to update this page.
Any purchases made on the club site will
be updated the second you buy some new components.
I purchased a component, but I couldn't download the file. How do I
go back and download it?
If your purchase went through, you will be able to see it in your
"my.components" page listing. And, since you purchased it, there will be a
"D" icon next the name of the component. Click this icon to go directly to
the download page.
Where can I find out details of my membership?
If you go to your "my.components" page, you will see some links in the
lower right nav bar that say My Membership Status. Click here to see when
your membership will expire. You can also change your password, or even
renew your membership.
Is renewal the same price as regular membership?
No. Because you all ready have a bunch of components at the time of
renewal, we priced this lower. You can renew a regular membership or a
Gold membership for $39. Make sure that you use the
renewal form linked from the My Membership Status page. If you use the
regular "join on-line" form, you will be charged full price.
