Q: Is renewal the same price as regular membership?

A: No. Because you all ready have a bunch of components at the time of renewal, we priced this lower. You can renew a regular memberhip for $39, and you can renew a Gold membership for $149. Make sure that you use the renewal form linked from the My Membership Status page. If you use the regular "join on-line" form, you will be charged full price.

Q: Where can I find out details of my membership?

A: If you go to your My.Components page, you will see some links in the lower right nav bar that say My Membership Status. Click here to see when your membership will expire. You can also change your password, or even renew your membership.

Q: I purchased a component, but I couldn't download the file. How do I go back and download it?

A: If your purchase went through, you will be able to see it in your My.Components page listing. And, since you purchased it, there will be a "D" icon next the name of the component. Click this icon to go directly to the download page.

Q: I went to the My.Components page and there wasn't anything there. What's up?

A: The My.Components page only reflects your 4.0 purchases. That page will be updated the second you buy some new components.

Q: What if I bought a Humungo Bundle. Do I have to upgrade that?

A: The price for the Humungo 4.0 is $139, so you can purchase/upgrade for $69.50. The new Humungo contains 3 new components and some great new features in the rollover and the linkmaster.

Q: What is coolmaps.com's component upgrade policy?

A: If you are coolmaps.com 3.0 customers, you should have received an email providing you with a temporary club membership. This membership will allow you purchase 4.0 versions of you component at 1/2 of the regular price.
