WebSearch is a NetObjects Fusion v4/5/MX component which you can use to create a keyword search of external web pages. These pages can be on any site on the entire Internet.
You can use WebSearch to allow your end-users to search through your personal list of URLs. Or, you can use WebSearch to allow your users to locate items in another part of your own site that was published using a different nod.
You must be logged onto the Internet when using WebSearch because it actually goes out on the Internet to pull down the latest versions of the pages you enter. Each page is then parsed up for keywords and these keywords are added to the search index.
WebSearch has the following features:

Uses page titles and descriptions in metatags to identify pages.

Requires no server-side support, nor any linking to remote servers.
