MasterBorders the way they should be!
BorderPatrol is a NetObjects Fusion v4/5/MX/7 component which lets you place an image onto your MasterBorder that can be customized to one or more specific pages. The same MasterBorder displays differently on different pages.
The beauty of NetObjects Fusion's MasterBorders is that you can create a look and feel and it is maintained throughout your site. If you change something on the MasterBorder that change gets made throughout the site. However, Fusion's MasterBorders are not very flexible. If you want to customize the navigation of a certain page, you are forced to create a whole new MasterBorder. Then, you end up updating multiple MasterBorders every time a little change is made.
BorderPatrol to the Rescue!
With BorderPatrol you can place an image on the MasterBorder and make it show up on just one page, just a few pages, or all pages but a few. You can also pick custom images for special pages, or even for ALL the pages.
Features of BorderPatrol include:
- An image can be include on only certain pages
- An image can be shown on all pages, but excluded from a few.
- You can include/exclude for as many pages as you want.
