ValueClick is a NetObjects Fusion v4/5/MX component that allows you to easily add a ValueClick banner to your page. And it's free to club members!

After you sign up as a ValueClick host, you will make money every time one of your web visitors clicks on a banner. The standard rates that ValueClick offers range from 12 cents to 25 cents per click. CCC is currently negotiating higher rates for its members. The component sets up the javascipt and HTML that must be inserted onto the page to make the banners show-up, be clickable, and have the click credited to your account.
