Gif Animation tools are generally very easy to use - add your images into the tool, set the parameters for both the animation as a whole and each frame, then save/export/optimize the animated sequence.

The main challenge in assembling an animation is timing. The animation must flow in a balanced way - one incorrect timing and the overall impact of the banner is lost.

The timing for the 'CCC Talk it up' banner is:

Frame 1 : 250/100 (2.5 secs)
Frame 2 : 35/100
Frame 3: 35/100
Frame 4: 35/100
Frame 5: 35/100
Frame 6: 35/100
Frame 7: 250/100
Frame 8: 200/100

When you are happy with your animated banner, head over to the xChange admin area and upload it!
