coolmaps.com Releases InForm MX for Full Integration with the Latest Fusion MX Update

NetObjects today released the latest update to Fusion MX. One of the most significant features of the new version is
that it fully integrates coolmaps.com's InForm service into the core Fusion product. Now, Fusion MX users can purchase,
install, and configure the InForm family of services directly from the Fusion MX toolbar. All this is done without a
component and without leaving the Fusion MX environment.

With the InForm family of services, NetObjects Fusion users can gather, store, organize, and utilize the information
visitors enter into a form on their website. The basic service, InForm-Handler, is required for all InForm services.
InForm-Handler gathers the information from a submitted form and emails it to the site administrator. As an option,
InForm-Handler can send auto-replies to form submitters, check for required fields, and forward the information to
multiple recipients.
InForm-Handler upgrades include InForm-Capture and InForm-Release. InForm-Capture stores the collected
information on a coolmaps.com server where it stays until the site administrator wants to view it or download it
into a local spreadsheet. InForm-Release populates a coolmaps.com SendLetter mailing list from which emails and
newsletters can be sent.

Users of NetObjects Fusion MX will automatically be upgraded to the new version the next time they start-up the program.
Users who have difficulty updating can perform a "manual update" directly from the NetObjects website.
Once the update is complete, users can access InForm by dragging-and-dropping the services icon from the main toolbar onto
their Fusion page and then choosing "coolmaps.com InForm" from the selection box.
