NetObjects has sold off its enterprise division (NAS, TeamFusion) to Merant in order to focus all its efforts on NetObjects Fusion. The new focus is not just on Fusion-the-desktop-product, but also on integration of third party services (like those provided by coolmaps.com and others).

In a conference call on Wednesday January 24th, Samir Arora, Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of NetObjects talked about the new focus and the positive outlook for the new year.
