Hands
on with WebVise Totality
2.
Digital Watermarking System

The
WebVise Digital Watermarking system is grouped with the other
main components of the suite allowing you to easily swap back
and forth, from the JPEG engine, to the GIF engine, to the
Dithering Engine and back to the watermarking. It is accessed
via the Export and Filters menu in Photoshop.
The
Digital Watermarking system is easy to use. Once you enter
information by default it will be encoded into all images
that pass through WebVise unless the option is toggled off.
Will it stop someone 'stealing' your images? Probably not,
but it may act as a deterrent.
The
Hidden Feature of WebVise
One
of the most powerful features of WebVise is it's batching
capability. WebVise can Auto Process as many images as you
would like, analyzing each one and choosing the most appropriate
format, compression and/or palette.
In
AutoFeed mode, WebVise will feed you images, but leave the
final decisions to you. Images can also be resized at the
same time. Overall a very cool and usable solution to batching!
