Backgrounder - Two years ago one of my jobs was
writing courseware for training software. I had a need - to
quickly do selective, high quality screen captures, lots of
'em!
After
trying out a lot of screen capture utilities it was HyperSnap
to the rescue! Within a few minutes of installing and using
the trial version I was back at the HyperSnap site registering
my version - it's that good.
HyperSnap's
main Features -

in two versions, Basic and Pro. The basic version is a lean
and mean screen capture machine. The Pro version adds support
for TWAIN, more file formats and additional image manipulation
routines. The best news is the Pro version does not cost
anymore, and you can upgrade to it at any time, that is

you to capture your entire desktop, selected windows or
regions of the screen with to the pixel precision.
- save
your capture to a range of file formats, to the clipboard,
