SendLetter's workflow lets you start collecting site visitor
subscriptions in no time at all! Quick, easy, and open 24 hours.
1.
Create your SendLetter Lists in the browser Admin area
SendLetter
Lists are used by you to organize Contact Information. If
for example you have three lists, you may want two of the Lists
to store information gathered from two different sites. You
may be using the third List to manually store special Contacts
gathered from both Lists or entered manually.
At
least one List must be created in the SendLetter Admin before
you can begin collecting visitor subscriptions to your Newsletter.

3.
Publish your site and begin collecting visitor subscriptions
Within
a short time you should be collecting visitor subscriptions.
Site visitors will see your own custom Form success and failure
pages on subscription - the involvement of the services.coolmaps.com
server is transparent. You can even have them receive a custom
AutoReply Email on subscription.
4.
Log into your SendLetter Admin and manage visitor details,
Templates, Signatures and Lists
With
Contact information now stored in your SendLetter database
and attached to the List of your choice you can create and
store Newsletter Templates and Signatures for use in your
Newsletters. You can also manage your Contacts.

5.
Send out Newsletters to selected Lists of Site Visitors
Sending
out Newsletters to any selected List is as simple as specifying
the List and choosing from a few simple options e.g. which
Template? which Signature? which greeting to use?
SendLetter
allows you to include Contact information in each Newsletter
e.g. Dear #Firstname# and always includes an auto-unsubscribe
link at the bottom of each mail.
SendLetter
previews the Newsletter in the browser and gives you the option
to send it first to yourself to double check everything is
ready to send!
