I just wanted to share with you an exprience i had with someone in your tech support dept. on friday evening, i ran into a problem with your link master component.  i emailed your tech support.  i needed information quickly as i was preparing to work all weekend due to an important deadline.  to my pleasant surprise i had a response and a fix within 45 minutes!
