Type, the first option on the Properties Palette lets
you choose how you would like to select the pages to show
the image. Your choices are:
- Include,
if you want to select the specific pages which have the
image. Choose this option if there are, say, 100 pages,
and you want the image to show on, say, 3 of those pages.
- Exclude,
if you want to select the specific pages which DO NOT have
the image. Choose this option if there are, say, 100 pages,
and you want the image to show on all but 3 of them.

of Pages this option is where you select the number of
pages you want to include or exclude (whatever you specified
above). If you set "# of Pages" to zero, no pages will be
included or excluded and the only pages that will display
images will be the ones specified as custom pages (see below).
Image
- here you select the default image that shows up on all pages
that have been included (or not excluded). This option will
only appear if you select a number greater than 0 for "# of
Pages"
Link
- this is the default link for the default image specified
above.
Page
# is where you enter the specific pages you would like
to include or exclude.

of custom - here you specify how many pages you want to
have custom images. These images over-ride the include/exclude
settings above.
C
Image, C Link, C Page - these fields allow you to enter
the image, link, and pages associated with each custom page
image.
